Abstract

this bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of injuries in the construction enterprise. The theoretical part deals with definitions of basic terms of labour law and it contains the characteristics of the accountabilities the employer has for the damage to health of the employee. There are also described all kinds of compensations in connection with accountable relations and there are also formulated the demands to the evidence of work injuries by juridical person and the principles of OHS. Above all the aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the procedure of the employer during carrying out the compensations of work injuries and to evaluate if the enterprise is endowed with the guideline or any other similar document they follow in stated situation.
