Modifikace deNOx katalyzátorů na bázi směsných oxidů kobaltu sodíkem.

Abstract

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the modification of Co4MnAlOx catalysts with sodium, and their efficiency in direct catalytic NOx decomposition. The influence of sodium and sodium and potassium simultaneous loading on the properties and behaviour of the catalysts was studied. Seven catalysts were prepared for this purpose; the first set of five samples was modified with sodium only (0.5; 1; 2.5; 4; 10 wt. %) and in addition to that potassium was added to the second set of samples. Their physicochemical properties were analysed using AAS, TPD-CO2, physical sorption of N2 and TPR-H2. The stability and activity of the catalysts were also monitored. Experimental results show that the catalysts containing both sodium and potassium (1.5Na+1.5K/Co4MnAl; 2Na+2K/Co4MnAl) achieved the best results.
