Abstract

Thesis deals with the evaluation of the reliability of simple and complex technical systems used in various industrial branches. The work can be divided into four parts. At the beginning of the work, the term reliability is expressed by means a few basic mathematical definitions in the field of probability and statistics in order to facilitate understanding of the issue. In the second section the basic concepts of reliability are described and the concept of reliability is defined. In the third part various methods of reliability analysis are described, which are used for the assessment of reliability. For each method, the nature, its short description, procedure and its application are given. In addition, two of the widely used analysis of the reliability of technical systems and analyses of the reliability of technical systems and analysis are described in detail, namely. Fault tree analysis and Failure Modes and effect analysis . In conclusion, the use of some illustrative analyses on examples in practice are shown.
