Aplikace Lean Six Sigma u vybraného výrobce zdravotnických prostředků

Abstract

Bakalářská práce popisuje teoretický princip metodologií Lean Six Sigma a také reálnou aplikaci této metodologie u vybraného výrobce zdravotnických prostředků. První část bakalářské práce se zabývá teorií Lean a Six Sigma a jejích kombinací, tedy Lean Six Sigma. Stručně popisuje cyklus PDCA a obvyklé činnosti neustálého zlepšování. Poté se práce zaměřuje na jednotlivé fáze cyklu DMAIC. Druhá část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na praktické využití metodologie Lean Six Sigma pomocí cyklu DMAIC na vybraném procesu organizace.

The bachelor thesis describes the theoretical principle of Lean Six Sigma methodology and its real application of this methodology at a selected medical device manufacturer. The first part of the bachelor thesis deals with the theory of Lean and Six Sigma and their combination, i.e. Lean Six Sigma. It briefly describes the PDCA cycle and the common continues improvement activities. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the individual phases of the DMAIC cycle. The second part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the practical application of the Lean Six Sigma methodology using the DMAIC cycle on a selected process of the organization.
