Abstract

The aim of this bachelor theses is a design plan of a low-energy house, developed in a stage of project documentation construction notification. The project includes the preparation of a technical report on the construction part, consisting of the original report and the summary technical report, technological process of implementation of the foundations, the work time schedule for the technological stage of the foundations, the itemized budget for technological stage of the foundations and drawing documentations. The family house is designed as a two-storey, semi-cellared building with a gabled roof. The house is designed in a complete brick system Porotherm. Size corresponds to the demands of one generation family. The result of the bachelor thesis is the developed project in the stage of project documentation for the construction notification pursuant to Regulation no. 62/2013 Coll., about projects documentation.
