Finanční analýza podniku poskytujícího služby

Abstract

The main aim of this thesis was a financial analysis of a middle-sized company providing customer services, specifically for years 2014–2018. The thesis describes theoretical-methodological bases and defines financial statements from which the information for financial analysis are obtained. Furthermore, it defines indicators that are used for the financial soundness assessment of the respective company. Particularly, horizontal and vertical analysis and ratio analysis were used and also creditworthy and bankruptcy models were applied to evaluate the company’s financial state. In regard to all financial ratios, the company achieves satisfactory results, therefore it’s financial state can be considered plausible. The creditworthy model used to classify the creditworthiness of the company has showed, in the yield situation and financial stability evaluation, that the company is in a good financial state. Also, the results obtained from the applied bankruptcy model have indicated that the company is financially sound and in the near future bankruptcy probability is very low. Based on the results obtained from financial analysis and SWOT analysis, following recommendations were formulated:financial situation evaluation on regular basis, creation of financial reserves, decrease in employee fluctuation, expension of marketing activities and purchase and instalation of monitoring system.
