Využití finančních prostředků Programu rozvoje venkova ČR v období 2007-2013 na příkladu vybraného projektu

Abstract

The target of this bachelor's thesis is to describe theoretical issues of programming of the rural development in EU and in the Czech republic and on the base of these theoretical knowledge to come up with simplified fictive project plan, which is co-financed out of this Rural development program of the Czech republic within the program period 2007-2013. This bachelor thesis is divided into three content chapters completed with introduction and finish. The theoretical part deals with the importance of rural areas, development and with present policy of the rural development of EU and of the Czech Republic. The analytic part is in more detail focused on the rural development of the Czech republic 2007-2013, it's focused as well on the Local active group of Hornolidečsko, where more is specified the area of its action, strategy and their goals. The last part of this chapter is focused on socio-economic analysis of the village Lidečko, where the concrete project plan, based on the SZIF required structure, will be realised.
