Abstract
This thesis is focused on issues associated with securing of the receivables. It is aimed on comparison and analysis of the particular instruments and consequent evaluation of the selected samples. For the purpose of evaluation were selected the most common instruments as bank quarantee, factoring and discount credit. Based on this analysis I recommend to businessman aplication of the factoring.
