Abstract

The submitted thesis represents the banking financial analysis of three clients of the bank who are mutually independent from property point of view. The possible satisfaction of their demand for company loan is especially addressed. The first part describes the general procedures and methods in providing loans and focuses on the most important aspects of financial evaluation of the client. The crucial part analyses the financial health of each client and stresses strengths and weaknesses of financial results for the period of two past years. The conclusion contains the recommendation and proposals how to cope with their situation.
