Nedostatky ČSN 730802 ve vazbě na posuzování evakuace osob

Abstract

This bachelor thesis examines ČSN 73 0802 as an established standard for assessing occupant evacuation. It shows that the standard is long-term verified, but at the same time conservative, partially outdated and simplified and often perceived in practice as the benchmark of safety. The thesis compares the approach of ČSN 73 0802 with ČSN 73 0804 and demonstrates that both approaches are based on the same principles, differing mainly in the level of detail. The thesis also identifies weaknesses of the current standard-based approach and proposes possible improvements.
