Abstract

FLÍDR, Tomas. The Multifunctional House in Smiřice, Ostrava 2022, 70 pages. Diploma thesis VŠB – Technical Univerzity of Ostrava, Supervisor of the diploma thesis Ing. Petra Tymová, Ph.D. The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the project of internal sewerage in the building of a multifunctional house, which consists of administrative premises in the 1st floor and residential premises in the 2nd and 3rd floor. The wastewater is led to a domestic sewage treatment plant, which consists of a fully equipped product of the company Asio, spol. s.r.o., the treated wastewater is subsequently discharged into the public sewage network. Another point of the proposal is the management of rainwater, which is discharged into retention tanks, from which it will be used primarily for irrigation of the investor's grassed areas. Excess rainwater will be discharged into soakaways. At the same time, the design of the internal water supply system for drinking water, hot water, hot water circulation and fire water supply is developed in the thesis. The source of drinking water and fire water is the municipal water supply in the road in front of the building.
