Abstract

The diploma work focuses on using management accounting information in the construction industry. The theoretical part deals with definition of management accounting; it particularly discusses calculation methods, a system of calculations and characteristics, functions and types of budgets. The practical part aims to apply theoretical knowledge to the production cooperative Bytprum which provided the necessary supporting documents.
