The scope of the bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a new low-energy family house and its heating. In the first part, attention is paid to the development of the documentation of the building design. The second part focuses on building thermal engineering. The third part deals with the actual heating design. This has been chosen floor heating. A heat pump was chosen as the heat source, alternatively electricity boiler.
