Zhodnocení konkurenčního postavení průmyslového podniku

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of competitive position of an industrial company. First part contains theoretical basis for methods of strategic and financial analysis, which are applied afterwards. In the practical part is used analysis of sector, competition, PEST analysis, partial financial analysis and complex SPACE method. Discovered findings are evaluated to determine the position on the market of a chosen company and are used for suggestion of future measures.
