Abstract

Main target of this bachelor work was identify major threats and opportunities to improving company competitiveness, which is located in textile industry. Teoretical part was focused on describing Pest analysis and internal analysis. In practical part were these analysis applied to the selected company. At last was applied SWOT analysis, which was followed up to the previous analysis. Thanks to these parts were recommended real tips and advices, which can be apply already in this year. It can help company to be much more effective in bussines.
