Analýza konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku

Abstract

The subject of bachelor thesis „Analysis of Competitiveness of the Chosen Company“ is analysis and evaluation of the competitiveness company in area of franchising concept Fruitisimo in Moravian-Silesian Region. In theoretic part there are defined fundamental terms of competition, competitiveness and business surroundings. Practical part is focused on applying methods of competitiveness analysis, evaluation of results and suggestion of suitable changes. To meet the aim of bachelor thesis was done characteristic of company, PESTLE analysis, Porters model of Five Forces, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. On the base of results was suggested several recommendations for improvement of competitiveness in the Moravian-Silesian Region.
