Abstract

The aim of thesis "Evaluating Employee Education and Development System in a Selected Organization" is the evaluation of the education system in ARMATURY Group a.s. and suggest possible improvements because employee training is one of the main factors of a successful business. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical definition of human resource development issues and systematic training of employees, also is included the business education cycle. After the introduction of the company, the contents of other chapters include the analysis of the educational system in the company and the proposal for improvement of problematic places.
