Abstract

In my bachelor´s thesis I inquire into the problems of small and medium-size enterprise, which constitutes an essential part of economy. One of the main reasons is creation of new employment opportunities. Other reasons are rate of enterpreneurial decision making and elasticity in view of conformity to market changes. The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is endeavour to give a comprehensive survey of small and medium-size enterprise and create instructions for establishing a limited liability company. . In the first part of my bachelor´s thesis I present the area of small and medium-size enterprise and individual forms of business. In the second part I give an imaginary outline of the whole procedure of establishing a limited liability company. I established a company “Dapori Ltd.“, which deals in keeping accounts. In the third part I put together a business plan. I trust that this bachelor´s thesis will be a clear and intelligible manual for young entrepreneurs.
