Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the situations of people with disabilities in the labor market. Using statistical data, the development of the number of vacancies, the number of disabled applicants and the employment policy in relation to people with disabilities is analyzed. The data are subsequently reduced in the form of bar and line graphs in three levels, namely the entire Czech Republic, the Moravian-Silesian Region and the Opava District. In Caritas Opava, which is located in the Opava district, a questionnaire survey is used to determine the satisfaction of selected employees with disabilities in the workplace. The emphasis is mainly on satisfaction with the work team, management and salary evaluation. The work also includes system recommendations that should improve the position of people with disabilities in the labor market.
