Bydlení pro seniory – Bohuslavice

Abstract

Diplomová práce "Bydlení pro seniory - Bohuslavice" se zabývá rekonstrukcí a dostavbou stávajícího nevyužitého objektu a přiléhajících ploch v zastavěném území obce. Práce je řešena s důrazem na deintitucionalizaci a humanizaci sociálních služeb a vytvoření přívětivějšího prostředí pro lidi v postproduktivním věku. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na přehled současné věkové skladby obyvatelstva jak v celoevropském měřítku, tak v měřítku České republiky a jejich jednotlivých krajů, formy bydlení seniorů, historii péče o seniory, metody aktivizace seniorů a transformaci sociálních služeb . Praktická část diplomové práce je zpracována ve dvou variantách vhodně řešící rekonstrukci stávajících objektů a dostavbu nové části, včetně úpravy pozemků přiléhajících k objektům, pro potřeby bydlení seniorů. Zpracování těchto variant je s ohledem na zásady bezbariérového užívání osob s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace.

The thesis " Housing for the Elderly - Bohuslavice " deals with the reconstruction and extension of the existing unused building and adjacent areas in the built-up area of the village. The work is designed with an emphasis on deintitucionalizaci and humanization of social services and the creation of friendly environment for people of advanced age. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the overview of the current age structure of the population in both Europe-wide and within the Czech Republic and their individual regions , forms of housing for seniors , history, care for the elderly , seniors methods of activation and transformation of social services. The practical part is processed in two variants appropriately addressing the reconstruction of existing buildings and the completion of new parts , including improvements to land adjacent to buildings for the housing needs of seniors. The processing of these variants is with the principles of barrier-free use of persons with reduced mobility .
