Abstract

Investment projects represent a significant instrument for management of development and value of the company. The preparation of investment projects is connected with the investment and financial decision. The quality of the investment decision determines whether the project will be sufficiently effective. The selection of a suitable financing source is an important aspect related to the investment and financial decisions. Factors such as risk and uncertainty can not be left out when deciding about the form of the investment project financing. The financing sources themselves can be classified according to a number of criteria. Some of the most elementary ones are division according to ownership or origin of the source. The Bachelor Thesis deals with the evaluation of the basic sources of investment project financing. It identifies their advantages and drawbacks. Last but not least, it also analyses the selected aspects relevant to the entire process of investment project realization.
