Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with processing and visualization of traffic data representing a vehicle movement on road networks using spatial database. In the framework of the dissertation some of tools and algorithms focusing on spatial data processing and visualization were described. The part of the thesis was to design and implement an application for spatial queries performance testing followed by performing the tests itself. The aim was to implement a tool for traffic spatial data visualization.
