Polymerní kompozity se sendvičovou výplní pro aplikaci ve vozidle

Abstract

This thesis explores the use of polymer composites with sandwich infills in the automotive industry. Tests, including three-point bending, showed that cubic adaptive infills offer higher strength compared to gyroidal infills or 3D honeycombs, and are less prone to delamination or cracking. During testing, issues such as layer delamination, voids, and defects caused by poor printing quality emerged. Destructive tests provided valuable insights into the strength of various structural solutions.
