The goal of this diplom thesis is the processing of projection design for a multifunctional building in Fulnek in the range for building permit. Further elaboration of technological process of implementation of the Building Substructure. al process of implementation of the Building Substructure.

In the text parts are described the various procedures, including their conditions for the implementation of building substructure. The practical part contains a set of drawings in the scope for building permit, schedule and itemized budget.
