Údržba zařízení pro podzemní skladovaní zemního plynu z pohledu řízení, legislativy, bezpečnosti a koordinace činností.

Abstract

Bakalárska práca je komplexným pohľadom na údržbu zariadení pre podzemné skladovanie zemného plynu. V prvej časti je charakterizovaný samotný zásobník plynu, ktorého súčasti predstavujú predmet údržby. Druhá časť rozoberá údržbu z pohľadu manažmentu so zameraním na ciele, politiku, stratégiu a vyhodnotenie. V tretej časti je analyzovaná realizácia tejto činnosti priamo v prevádzke so zameraním na bezpečnosť a koordináciu. Ďalšia kapitola rozoberá metodiku údržby vyhradených technických zariadení a oceľových konštrukcií a v nadväznosti na ňu sú v záverečnej časti navrhnuté zmeny a doplnenia legislatívy pre tieto oblasti.

The bachelor thesis is a comprehensive view on the maintenance of equipment for underground gas storage. The first part characterizes the gas storage, the components of which represent the object of maintenance. The second part discusses maintenance from a management perspective with a focus on objectives, policy, strategy and evaluation. The third part analyzes the implementation of this activity directly in the operation with a focus on safety and coordination. The next chapter discusses the methodology of maintenance of dedicated technical equipment and steel constructions, and in connection with it, the final part proposes changes and amendments to legislation for these areas.
