Abstract

For successful completion of the course Bachelor seminar, was provided 50 days of working career academic professional practice. I performed this practise in the Elektropohony s.r.o. My main task was to design a power drive roller conveyor with lifts. Subsequently, a process automation tools, the integration and commissioning. My project solves the transport of goods placed on a pallets on roller conveyors. This transport is solves by a complex conveyor, with a five induction motors. Three of them are powered by frequency covertor Yaskawa J1000. The remaining two are connected through the contactor. Lifts are formed by a pneumatic transporters. The whole process of managing this system is fully secured with controlled programmable logic controler SIMATIC S7 224. Such proposed shipments are fully automated and does not need an staff.
