Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the description of surveying activities during the construction of a family house. It deals with the establishment of a survey control network, the survey of data for the design phase, the preparation of the setting-out, the actual setting-out of the building perimeter, and the final documentation – specifically the surveying report on setting-out, which is submitted for the building approval process. The thesis also includes a description of tht surveying equipment used, methods, software, processing of design data, and a description of the setting-out inspection. All these aspects are presented in the first part, which is theoretical, and in the second part, which focuses on the practical application. The aim of the thesis is to create a planimetric and hypsometric plan, prepare a setting-out drawing, and perform the actual setting-out of the building.
