Abstract
The bachelor's thesis aims to create a business plan for a company performing business activities in the hospitality industry. The entrepreneur chose a limited liability company as the legal form of business. The main activity of the company is the preparation and delivery of pizza and baked specialties based in the village of Sverepec in the Slovak Republic. The author divided the business plan into five parts. The first part focused on introducing the reader to the problem of the thesis. The second part explains the basic concepts aligned with the methodology of business plan processing. The third part consists of the subsequent elaboration of a business plan, analyzes and its last part is a financial plan covering the first three years of business in a pessimistic, real and optimistic variant. The fourth part mentions proposals for mitigating the risk associated with running the business in the field. The fifth part contains the final provisions and a general summary of the business plan.
