Abstract

The Bachelor thesis contains an introduction, a theoretical part, a practical part and a conclusion. In the theoretical part, there are the basic terms and the methodology used in the work explained. In the practical part, a description of a data model design process, following the explained methodology, is provided. The data model is intended to help store data in a service company in a better way and thus making the workflow and decision-making in the company more efficient. In the conclusion, there are results achieved in the work summarized.
