Abstract

The thesis deals with evaluation and appropriate utilization of the magnetoelastic dynamometer for measuring of stress in ground anchors. It introduces the physical principle as well as the parasitic phenomena which influence the data measured by the sensor. I received measured data from the steady and completely functional magnetoelastic sensor anchored in an underground monolithic wall. After the acquisition of project documentation I created a mathematical model which is based on geometry, geology and material characteristics of rocks and stabilizing constructions. The output of the model are not just figures of stress in the monitoring anchors during the realization of the building pit and gradual installation of the anchors at the building site, but also the assessment of the pit stability. In conclusion, the thesis is a comparison of the measured data of stress with the final results of the mathematical model.
