Abstract

This bachelor thesis is about unsolicited advertising on the Internet. One of the targets of this work is to find the main legal enactment, which regulates the unsolicited advertising on the Internet in the Czech Republic. The second target is to execute the research of public opinion, with a view of checking present knowledge of people about spam. In the theoretical part of this work there are explained concepts like advertisement, Internet, unsolicited advertising and spam, then there is described every single enactment about advertising in the Czech Republic. In the practical part of this work there is analysis, which describes, how is achieved the target of the work – finding out the enactment. Then there are the results of the research and other information about supervision of the unsolicited advertising on the Internet in the Czech Republic.
