Abstract

The subject of the thesis is the analysis of the current appraisal system and the remuneration of the officers in the Municipality Kravaře based on the results from the questionaire’s survey, where the opinions of the participants on the current systems and their interconnections, their proposals and impulses for the future were evaluated. The goal of the theses is propose arrangements and recommendations, that would increase effectivity of the current appraisal systems and remuneration of the employees and their interconnection.
