Abstract
This thesis deals with the evaluation of public transport, creating a summary of service of public transport in the Czech Republic and evaluating the extent, speed, and the price of public transport in selected cities in the Czech Republic.
This will be executed by data processing of timetables using the database system, which will be used to calculate the travel characteristics and the characteristics of the transport network for individual cities, parts of cities, dates and types of vehicles. Their values will then be subjected to analysis.
