Analýza procesu vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The thesis deals with the analysis of Employee Training and Development Process in a Selected organization. In the first part of this thesis is explained the methodology of elaboration and afterwards theoretical basis that relates to the issue of valuation. These theoretical findings are futher applied in the practical part. Second part of this thesis contains the characteristics of the selected organization. In practical part is processed analysis of the proces of training and development according to provided materials from organization and according to questionnaire survey. Based on this analysis and results from the questionnaire survey there are proposed possible solutions, which can help the organization to have a better proces of training and development.
