Změny v pojistných podmínkách a jejich dopady na účastníky pojištění

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to define the current legal regulation of private insurance and evaluate the impacts on the Insurance Participants resulting from changes of the Insurance Conditions after effectiveness of the new Civil Code. In this thesis, methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison and induction are used. The first part deals with specification of the legislation rules under the new Civil Code and the Law of Insurance Contracts. The second, third and fourth part focus on individual fields of Insurance, i.e. Personal Insurance, Property Insurance and Liability Insurance. Legal regulation of particular fields of insurance is elaborated in detail; further, the changes of Standard Insurance Conditions are analyzed and impacts of those are evaluated. The fifth part is devoted to a summary of the various impacts based on individual changes in the General Insurance Conditions. Impacts are distinguished by Impacts of Insurance company and the Impacts concerning the policy holder, the insured person and beneficiary.
