Abstract

The theme of this thesis is processing executive documentation of a low-energy house. The low-energy standard will be achieved by using the constructive system VELOX. This system provides good thermal technical charecteristics of constructions, required air-proofness and elimination of thermal bridges. To this will further contribute the controlled ventilation system with hot air heating and heat recovery ventilation. The aim is to achieve a low-energy building standard, not only according to the standards, but also concerning the use of renewable resources for its functioning. Therefore I used a heat pump and solar collectors for hot water and heating of the building. To increase the efficiency, the obtained heat will be collected in the storage container with a nested container for hot water.
