Abstract

The development of the organization human potential is very important part of the human´s resource management. It is important secure and implement system of education in organizations. Therefore I engage on development and education of employees in the organization. Main purpose of this thesis is the view on the current educational system for special workers in DPMŽ with consideration on educated work power, which is necessary condition for maintenance of competition ability, and proposed the recommendation. I described the general principles of compiling the analyses and I introduced the individual methods and techniques how to reach it in the theoretical part of thesis. The study contains description of the company DPMŽ. According to the information resulting from the questionnaire and from the interview I came to the conclusion that the company has good educational system. But after all, the final chapter contains also some proposals and recommendations which can help the company to increase the efficiency of educational system.
