Motivace zaměstnanců ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the tools of motivation and make a suggestion that could improve the employee satisfaction in selected industrial company. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part contains a short description of the project and research methodology. The second part is theoretical. There are laid out and discussed the key concepts in the field of employee motivation. The theoretical part continues with part three, which is practical. This section analyses motivation in the industrial company. And the last part is the interpretation of the data obtained from the analysis and final recommendations with improvement proposals to complete the existing program of motivation in the company.
