Abstract

The main topic of this thesis is the elaboration of the specified parts of the project documentation dealing with the new building for pre-school education. These partial parts of the project documentation are made, in the sense of Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. on documentation of buildings, in the stage of documentation for the implementation of the construction. Thematically, the content of this thesis can be divided into three basic areas, the first is devoted to the architectural and structural design and layout of the building, the second is devoted to the technology of the building environment, specifically the solution of ventilation, heating and hot water preparation in the building. The third heading deals with the thermal engineering calculations and energy performance of the building. Organizationally, the thesis consists of a text part, annexes and drawings.
