Abstract

The bachelor thesis is about legislation, characteristic and accounting of allowance organizations established by territorial self-governing unit, exactly it is focused on The Children and Youth Centre ASTRA Zlín. The main aim of the thesis is to find out what sources of funding The Children and Youth Centre ASTRA Zlín acquire and to do economic analysis of the organization in the years 2010 until 2012. The economic analysis involves items of a balance sheet, a profit and loss statement and a profit of core business. Except for the analysis, there is also done a percentage breakdown of sources of funding and number and structure development of staffers of The Children and Youth Centre ASTRA Zlín in the years. Finally, the bachelor thesis includes a demonstration of a budget creation.
