Zhodnocení činnosti a hospodaření vybraných neziskových organizací

Abstract

The aim of the project was to evaluate the activities and management of selected non-profit organizations in the years 2014 - 2018. The diploma thesis was completed using methods of literary research, professional analysis in the years 2014 - 2018, synthesis ( especially induction and deduction) and comparison. An evaluation of activities and management in two selected non-profit organizations with similar characteristics in the monitored period was performed. The basis for the detailed analysis were the internal documents and the annual reports of each company. This work focuses on the theoretical and practical analysis, which describes and evaluates the various financial streams of these companies.Furthermore, the work focuses on defining the share of financial resources from public budgets in the total income of non-profit organizations. According to the findings, the majority of financial resources are subsidies from public funds. These make up around 80% of the company's total financial resources. Funds from the company's own activities, make of 10% of the company's total funds. The remainder of the funds are sourced donations and contributions.
