Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti a dalšího rozvoje malého podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením konkurenceschopnosti malého podniku a navržením možností dalšího rozvoje a zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti. Předmětem práce je softwarová společnost, která se zabývá tvorbou internetových obchodů (e-shopů). Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na výklad pojmů souvisejících s podnikem, jeho řízením, okolím, konkurencí a konkurenceschopností. Ve třetí části je představena zkoumaná společnost, její historie, vývoj, poskytované služby, vymezení zákazníků, cílů a strategie. Následuje praktická část zaměřená na analýzu a zhodnocení dat prostřednictvím vybraných metod. Na výstupy analýz navazuje pátá kapitola, v níž budou představeny návrhy a doporučení pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti a rozvoje společnosti.

The diploma thesis deals with evaluation of small business competitiveness and designing possibilities for further development and increase of competitiveness. The subject of the thesis is a software company, which creates internet stores (e-stores). The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is focused on interpretation of concepts related to the enterprise, management, surroundings, competition and competitiveness of the company. The third part introduces the surveyed company, its history, development, services provided, customer definition, goals and strategy. The following is a practical part focused on analyzing and evaluating data using selected methods. The fifth chapter of the analysis addresses proposals and recommendations for increasing the competitiveness and development of the company.
