Zhodnocení projektu úspory nákladů ve vybraném sportovním klubu

Abstract

The goal of diploma thesis is the evaluation of selected way by the cost reduction in a given sports club. The subject of evaluation is cost reduction of electricity consumption throughout own electricity production. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The first part contains the description of the theoretical basis of methods of investment evaluation. First deals with the description of the investments. The following describes the methods of economic profitability of investments and their classification and criteria description. In the end risk analysis of investment projects is described - namely sensitivity analysis and break-even point analysis. The second part is the application part of diploma thesis. First, problem is described and one of its possible solutions in the form of cost reduction throughout the construction of wind power. Next, input data are stated. Subsequently, project is evaluated by methods based on cash flows. In the end, sensitivity analysis and break-event point analysis is performed. Results are commented and final recommendation for sport club is made.
