Zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti vybraných základních škol

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of economic - static and dynamic technical effectiveness of selected elementary schools, established by cities with population from 8 000 to 10 000 in the period from 2012 to 2016, within selected inputs and outputs. In terms of inputs, estimation of technical effectiveness focuses on wage costs per pupil and on selected operating expenses. In terms of outputs, estimation of technical effectiveness focuses on income from transfers calculated per pupil and the capacity of primary schools in percentage. For the evaluation of technical effectiveness was chosen a multi-criteria method of Data Envelopment Analysis. Evaluated were 21 elementary schools in three input-oriented models I, II. and III. In the monitored period, effectiveness modeling has shown that the most effective schools were in Model II.
