Abstract
This thesis is divided into two main parts: theoretical and practical. On the basis of specialized literature, the theoretical part characterizes the individual steps of the strategic analysis. The practical part focuses on the strategic analysis of the chosen company. The aim of this thesis is to map the external and internal environment of the chosen company and identify those factors that affect it. Based on their assessment, develop recommendations for the further development of the company. In the practical part is used PEST analysis, Porter´s model of five competitive forces and internal analysis of company factors. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are assessed by SWOT analysis. At the end recommendations for the company was formulated.
