Abstract

This thesis focuses on the analysis and application of data standards in various phases of construction documentation. It begins with the history and development of data standards at home and abroad, moves on to the importance of classification systems and their implementation, and describes the purpose of data standards in each phase of construction documentation development. Furthermore, it addresses the practical implementation of these insights, including the integration of data standards into selected software and the export of new information in the IFC format during various stages of construction documentation.
