Oceňování lesů v ČR

Abstract

Předmětem mé diplomové práce „Oceňování lesů v České republice“ je charakterizovat základní pojmy (lesní hospodářství, subjekty a dotační zdroje) a popsat administrativní a tržní způsob ocenění lesního majetku. Dále jsem vypočítala administrativní cenu a tržní hodnotu lesa (porovnávacím způsobem) a provedla jejich srovnání. K naplnění cíle mé práce má posloužit potvrzení / vyvrácení pracovních hypotéz. 1. pracovní hypotéza: „Tržní hodnota všech porostních skupin bude vyšší než administrativní cena.“ Tuto hypotézu jsem vyvrátila. Tržní hodnota byla vyšší u pět z šesti porostních skupin. 2. pracovní hypotéza: „Výsledná tržní hodnota bude vyšší než administrativní cena tohoto lesního majetku“. Tato hypotéza byla potvrzená. Součástí práce jsou výsledky a konkrétní doporučení.

The subject of my Diploma thesis „Forest Valuation in the Czech Republic“ is to describe fundamental terms (forestry, subjects and grant resources) and describe how the administrative and market valuation of forest assets. Next, I calculate the administrative cost and market value of the forest (comparative method) and made a comparison. To fulfill the aims of my Diploma thesis is to serve the confirmation / refutation of the working hypotheses. The first working hypothesis: "The market value of all groups will stand higher than administrative costs." I have refuted this hypothesis. The market value was higher in five of the six stand groups. The second working hypothesis: "The resulting market value is higher than the administrative costs of the forest property. This hypothesis was confirmed. In Diploma thesis are results and specific recommendations.
