Komplexní studie zástavby na rozvojové ploše v KÚ Ludgeřovice

Abstract

JANČÍK Kryštof; Comprehensive study of development on the development area in KÚ Ludgeřovice: Thesis. Zbyněk Proske, Ph.D The subject of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the possibilities of the specified development area in the village of Ludgeřovice and propose an optimal comprehensive development study on it. Currently according to the valid spatial plan, the area is managed as a mixed production and storage area and is located roughly in the northwestern part of the village near the church of St. Nicholas. So it is necessary to change the use of the area as buildable and usable for individual i mass housing. The introductory part is devoted to the theory needed to understand the problem being addressed. In general chapters follows on from a comprehensive overview of the current state of the territory and its limiting elements. The core of the thesis is three urban designs for residential zones. Based on the summary after an objective evaluation, one variant is subsequently selected for more detailed elaboration, which includes architectural and construction solutions of designed objects, technical design and transport infrastructure and calculation of financial costs. When designing, emphasis was placed on compliance with the given limits and respect for the basic ones urban, architectural, social and technical principles. The work should arrive creating a creative, functional and realistic design based on real, which could be a useful territory for the investor when making decisions in and at the same time satisfy specifically the demand for new affordable housing in the village of Ludgeřovice.
