Identifikace krizových ohnisek ve vybrané organizaci a návrh na preventivní opatření

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to identify crisis outbreaks in a selected organization and to propose preventive measures. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis describes the methodology of the work and the methods used. The selected methods of analysing of the external and internal environment of the organization and SWOT analysis are presented. Furthermore, basic concepts related to crisis management are defined. The concepts of crisis, sources of crisis, crisis outbreaks, crisis scenario, crisis plan, the process of creating a crisis scenario and crisis plan, crisis team, crisis manager and crisis communication are defined.

In the practical part of the diploma thesis, the selected organization is presented and an analysis its external and internal environment is carried out. The analyses are followed by a SWOT analysis, which is then used to identify the crisis outbreaks of the organization. A crisis scenario is developed for each crisis outbreak. Based on the crisis scenarios, a crisis matrix is compiled. According to the results of the crisis matrix, preventive measures are proposed for each crisis outbreak.
