Analýza hospodaření vybrané příspěvkové organizace

Abstract

The theme of the diploma thesis is "Analysis of management of selected state-funded institution." The main objective of the thesis was the analysis of management and according to the facts and data propose solutions to optimize performance. The first part explained theoretical bases for financial analysis used in the private sector, defined the concepts and indicators, how they are used and how they are modified for the public sector. The second part focused on the analysis of management of selected particular allowance organization and her selected indicators between 2009 and 2013. Conclusion is dedicated to evaluation of obtained information, along with suggestions and recommendations for cost-effective management of particular allowance organization.
